Lovely tin
This is a fabulous cake tin for your tray bakes .. weighty , well made. Nothing has stuck to it as of yet , nearly 1yrs use .. nothing has burnt . Picture shows peanut butter chocolate brownies. Cooked evenly in the tin and came out easily .

I wanted a tin that I could use for toad in the hole. My old tin used to stick and it drove me crazy. After a lot of research and reading lots of reviews I decided to go for this tin. When it arrived I could see the quality and its heavy and no sharp edges. I read the care instructions and I recommend Dothan everyone does the same. They state the tin is dishwasher safe but it must be removed from the dishwasher as soon as the cycle finishes and dried carefully. It also says if you wash the pan by hand you should again dry it carefully afterwards. I have done this and the tin looks as good as new. I’m trying to avoid using any metal utensils too as I want to protect the none stick surface. I made a toad in the hole ( my hubby’s favourite) and it was sheer joy. There was no sticking and I could literally slide the Yorkshire out. I’ve also used it for lasagne and even baked a birthday cake in it. I’d recommend this tin as it’s so versatile and useful. It’s an expensive tin as tins go but you get what you pay for. I feel that by looking after it and following the washing instructions it should last for many years.

Habe das Bachbleck bestellt, weil ich oft nach amerikanischen Rezepten backe und eine 13 x 9 inch Form ist da sehr gängig. Die Form fuehlt sich sehr hochwertig an und alles perlt total leicht ab. Die Beschichtung scheint wirklich sehr hochwertig zu sein. Hab jetzt 2x was darin gebacken und sie sieht immer noch aus wie 100% neu.
