Loctite Polyseamseal All Purpose Adhesive Caulk White, 10 fl oz, Cartridge

This is one of the better caulk brands. I learned about it years ago through a harware or DIY Popular Mechanics info site. I used to buy it at the local hardware store. It was easier to buy this caulk online through Amazon. I like the ease of use and the fact it dries nicely. I use it with my Workpro caulk gun I bought on Amazon. That too is oustanding. I highly recommend.

We have a spare room where the old plaster was cracked and separating from the lath behind it in several spots. I drilled holes in the plaster about every six inches along both sides of the cracks. I then injected a slightly diluted mix of this product behind the plaster so if filled the void between the plaster and the lath. I then used a 1 & 5/8" torx screw to tighten a 2 inch fender washer against the surface of the plaster. I left the screws in place for two days. When I removed the screws, the plaster remained tight against the lath. This is a great flexible sealant and adhesive! Clean up was easy.

Recommended on a majority of plumbers forums. I used it to seal the space between the brick and concrete in my garage. It worked really well and was easy to use. It is also paintable and is really helping to prevent creepy crawlies from getting in. I couldn`t even find it at Lowes only Amazon. One tube covered my 2.5 size garage perimeter. Make sure you have a caulking gun as well. Remove the gun if you have left-over otherwise it might seal around the gun and then it is a real pain to get off. Put a nail in the top to stop left overs from drying out.

Just like using painters caulk. Dried in a day. Now just waiting to see if it will shrink and or crack. so far so good.

I have used this product for 20 plus years now. I discovered it when the pro plumbers added toilets to our new home. What makes it so great is unlike silicone it is water cleanup and stays white for years and years. Great adhesion as well. I can't seem to find it at the box stores so Amazon to the rescue. Cheers!

Goes on smooth and easy.Dries to a semi flexible but tough seal.It may shrink a little bit, but touch it up with another thin layer when dryand smooth it out with your finger tip.Should last for years.
