The Array Design Key Organizer with Brass Carabiner is a great product. The leather is beautiful and strong, yet soft and a nice size to clip to a belt. It is very convenient and secure. I have been wearing it for about 10 days now and it does not get in the way, does not get caught on things when you brush up against them, does not get snagged in overgarments like a sweater or jacket. I am looking at other products they make for two car key fobs that I have... This product is ideal for door keys not the larger/fatter car keys with chip technology and open/lock door fobs or auto start key fobs.

Great product and even better customer service. Long story short, I ordered this product and had a small snafu immediately after assembly (my own fault). Despite that, the owner Radu offered to help me at his own expense. Moreover, his response was as fast as one could reasonably expect from customer service. I wound up declining and solving the issue a different way (again, it was my own fault and I felt bad), but I will say it is rare anymore to have the sort of integrity Array Designs has. Beyond that, the product is wonderful. It works exactly as advertised and adds quite a bit of class to your daily attire. Quality leather, quality feel.

I am submitting this review after using this holder for a couple of weeks. The Array seems like a well made little key holder. The leather is very soft and seems as though it will be very durable. I have noticed that one screw has loosened and will see if this happens frequently. Carrying the holder in my pocket seems a good way to prevent a bunch of loose keys wearing a hole in the pocket lining. It feels relatively unobtrusive in my pocket, certainly less so than the loose bunch of keys that I used to carry. The holder works best if all of one's keys are the same thickness. I have a bike lock key which has a plastic coating over the head and keys like this do create a bit of a problem. The claim that this holder is good for 10 keys is only valid if all the keys are a standard thickness. Once all the keys are folded away in the fob, then accessing a specific key, which may be located between two others, requires that all the keys on that side be folded out so that the desired key can be located. If it happens to be a smaller key than the others then this makes the search a bit more difficult. If you are, like me, a boy scout at heart, who wants to be prepared and has a small key chain flashlight and a tiny whistle on his key chain, then these items need to be left dangling outside the holder. I spent a little while rearranging keys so that those that are most used are the most easily accessed. This took several iterations over a number of days until I was happy with the result. Overall, I am happy with this product.

I bought this because my keys stab through my pants when I skateboard, and it does its job to prevent that! Personally, I think it looks a bit dorky, especially hanging from my belt loop, but a couple people have commented on it positively, so it must not be that bad. I will say that for the price, the leather is nice! It's supple, resilient, and looks pretty. Also, it's definitely thin enough to be unobtrusive while holding all the keys I have (only 3) comfortably. However, it's not as easy to use as a simple key ring. You still have to unsnap it and pull the key out, which is easier with 2 hands than one. And I do appreciate one-handed use so I can get the door even with a ton a groceries. All-in-all, I'd only use this for a specific job. Otherwise, a simple ring is preferred and in my opinion more attractive.

I like that it wrapped my keys which kept them quiet since they hang from my belt. I put two car keys at one end and two house keys at the other. My car keys do not have the commercial plastic covers. If they had those, it would be a tight, if not impossible fit, to have both car keys at one end. The metal hook is good quality. The leather is nice quality. Sometimes the ends would come unscrewed. My husband suggsted locktite, but I didn;'t want that so I just kept an eye on the screw portion. However, within a few weeks, the leather holes had stretched and the screws came out. At first it was a nuisance. After a few more months it became a major pain. I was getting frustrated. My husband installed grommets in each hole and it is SOOOO much better. The metal matches. It looks nice, but best is it does fall apart everytime I try to use it. The company should install the grommets and they would have a much better project. Luckily we had the tools and experience to do it at home. It isn't hard but they company could really improve their design by doing it.

I’m very pleased with my new leather key holder. I’ve been looking for a well designed key holder for months and tried several that I did not like. I was very happy to find the Array Design key holder on Amazon. It is exactly what I was looking for. It compactly stores keys in both directions on the two posts and the leather cover is easy to open for access to the keys. I also like having the carabiner as an option even though the key holder is very comfortable to carry in my pocket. The one feature that I would have liked is a way to decrease the length of the posts. I only have three keys to carry in the holder so the posts are longer than they need to be and they stick out from the leather cover. Except for that I really admire the care that went into the Array Design key holder. Every time I take it out I’m pleased to have such a nice accessory. Thanks for such a nice design and a great product!

While the design is perfect, the key ring loosens frequently and I have to tighten it once per week. Twice it loosened and my keys fell on the ground. The second time I was unable to find one of the screws. I emailed Array, explained the situation, and asked for one screw to be mailed to me. I was informed that they do not have any spare screws in their inventory and that I can find the screws on Amazon. They also offered me a 20% discount if I buy another key holder. I find it very difficult to believe that Array does not have ONE extra screw. Amazon does not sell one single “brass Chicago screw”. I would have to purchase a pack. To offer me a 20% discount to buy a product I already own is an insult. Very poor customer service.

I really wanted to like this because it’s essentially what I’ve been wanting in a key holder. It’s leather, nice design, keeps my keys in place, and slim. However after having this for a year, it’s become more of an inconvenience than useful. No matter how much I tighten the screws, it always loosens over time. Almost every week I have to tighten it. And there have been a number of times where when I take it out of my pocket that the screws have come off and my keys drop to the ground (one time I was leaving my locked apartment community lobby and taking my keys out of my pocket when it came apart, half the keys falling in and outside the lobby door. Thankfully I caught the door before it closed so I could grab the key to get back in). My other issue (which this part is more on my end) is that I wish the length of the screw could also be adjusted for those with fewer keys. I only use 3 keys. In the key holder itself it doesn’t feel bad, but the length of the screws to accommodate more keys always sticks out and gets caught on things (which is something I think contributes to the screws becoming loose). I think the quality of the leather is great and patina’s really well. And again, it’s an overall nice design, but the loose screws and the long screw post for more keys have become more of an issue for me. Maybe one day I’ll have more keys and can find a better solution to keep the screws from loosening, but until then I think I’ll be searching for a key holder that better suits what I’m looking for.
