Great transition from a swaddle
Great sleep sack from transitioning from the halo swaddle. It is soft and holds up well from washing. My little one loves it.

Perfect
Love this sleep sack! Not many have long sleeves, but this one did which was awesome for winter and keeping my baby warm and cozy. She's worn it since 4 months old and it still fits great at 8 months old. Halo products all seem to be great and we were not disappointed in this one either! Worth the price! We have two.

Such a great option for transitioning out of a swaddle
We have been using this sleep sack for the past four months, ever since we had to stop swaddling. Our baby LOVED her swaddle, so I knew it was going to be rough. I thought I would give this sleep sack a try, and I am so glad we did! She sleeps so well in it! It is soft and quilt-like, and is heavy enough for cool weather but not too warm. We used it over the summer months and our baby didn't need anything on outside of her diaper. As the weather is starting to get more chilly, I have her in a onesie or sleep-n-play inside of it. I am actually really sad that she is outgrowing the size small, and I am thinking about buying it in the next size up so she can have one to wear during the winter months. I also really loved that it zips both from the top and bottom, so I can quickly change her diaper during late-night feeds without having to get her all the way out of it. Also, the zipper ends are covered in more fabric so baby can't get poked by them accidentally, which I appreciate. It washes well and I haven't noticed any shrinkage or other issues. Very happy with this purchase!

Worked to transition baby out of swaddle!
This has been super helpful for getting baby to transition and she's sleeping from 7:30 pm to 7:30 am! Our pediatrician wanted our baby out of her swaddle at 3 months because of flat head and we were nervous about her arms being out. First night we tried it, she was waking herself up with the startle reflex so we went back to her old swaddle and instead, decided to try this with her naps. We did a week of naps - slowly would use this for each nap instead of her old swaddle and start with one nap in it and then increase each day. Finally on Friday she did all her naps in it, and we said let's try night time again and wouldn't you know, she slept the whole night and didn't even wake us to eat (I would give her one extra feed during the day so that helped).Don't expect this to be like a Merlin - it's not and our pediatrician prefers that because she told us the Merlin can cause flat head since baby isn't mobile in it. I would recommend trying some sleep training while transitioning to this, and by that I mean doing a bedtime routine, teaching baby to self soothe with a paci and then getting them to use their hand to suck on in case they wake themselves. We would rock baby a little bit before putting her down but would make sure she was still awake before laying her down and I think that helped with overall getting her to sleep through the night. Do note: this transition sleep sack is warm but it's been cold this winter so it's been great for cooler weather.

Cannot recommend enough!
Love it! Baby had a smooth transition to this sleep sack and it did not disrupt her sleep pattern going from swaddled to this. My baby was very small and we got the smaller size, but it was still a bit big on her (she’s now 13lbs and barely filling it out). Love the 2 way zip for easy diaper changes, and the sleeve length is perfect for her to be able to suck her thumb to soothe herself at night.

Just about perfect
I really love this item..We had our son in a SNOO up until he was 6m old, & I didn't do a great job weaning him from not having his arms strapped down. So after the SNOO, he spent a month in a HALO swaddle, which he loved. But then I finally had to bite the bullet & get him out from having his arms strapped down. Which wasn't as easy as it sounds. He got really accustom to it.This little blanket though, somehow, did the trick the first time he tried it. No fuss, no problems, went right to sleep & we haven't looked back. Praise! ;)He loves it & I love that it's thicker than a majority of the ones I saw out there. We keep his room at around 71-73 degrees, & I still have to layer him before putting him in this - pajamas plus a sweater, pants & booties - so that he doesn't get cold when his room is closet to the 70/71 area. This helps to keep him toasty. The ONE thing I wish they'd done differently, & don't understand why they didn't, was to make the sleeves longer. His forearms & hands always get pretty cold, so I pull his sweater down to cover his hands. I don't get why they made the sleeves so short...All in all, even though I still have to layer him & the arms are too short, I still like it & would recommend it to others.
