Biddeford Micro Plush Electric Heated Blanket with Digital Controller, Throw, Brick

I use this product continuously on my sore muscles (I'm 75 YRS old). It seems to work well for several months and then loses its heat. As mentioned above it's useful to ensure plug is completely inserted. I think I attribute short life span to my continual usage. Nevertheless I love it because the red color perfectly matches my couch where I spend most of my day. I now order them 2 at a time & am looking forward to my next delivery. Thank you for this great product. In spite of pros and cons I will continue to use it.

The control isn't always the most reliable but I like that I have traveled with it very often while moving for school just about every year and in just about every weather condition I love electric blankets in general just wish their controllers were more reliable and lasted as long as the blanket.

We HAD to do something to combat the cold weather besides the alternative of blasting the heat, running up my bill and drying us out. We were all waking up with headaches and sore throats! I got a more expensive sunbeam throw for myself and this one for my daughter. I have to say, I like this one much more. It feels bigger and is OH SO SOFT and snuggly! My throw is more stuff from the wires; by contrast, this one moves easily and I loved it so much I got the blue on for my son. A great alternative to running the central heat and the auto-shut off means that I don't have to worry about overheating the little ones as they sleep. There are other models that look like this one, but make sure you get the PLUSH one. (this one) Enjoy!

Somewhat disappointed as I purchased two of these to replace the ones I have already worn out. The material is supposed to be plush; however, you can feel and physically see the electrical cords. In my other throws you can feel them if your hunt around but you can't tell it's an electric throw by looking (the cording isn't that obvious).

I really love this blanket but I couldn't give it Five Stars because after a few weeks I notice it only gets hot in certain places. Also the size is a little bit small for the average person to curl up with it. Sometimes my feet stick out.

This works as described and after a problem, with the color of the first one we received, everything is good. The vendor took care of the mix up in a timely manner.

My friend has a similar blanket couple years older same brand but it gets a lot warmer. This one doesn't get that hot and it turned all the way up.

I use my Biddeford electric throw every morning to therapeutically soothe sore muscles, ligaments and bones. It is very soothing and does not get uncomfortably hot.

I have always felt that even though this brand was a little more money that it was well worth the difference in price, the product and service on my first blanket was first rate. I had been given my first blanket as a gift and it arrived without the controller- they were amazing on getting it taken care of. So when my throw arrived and it was of a much lower quality I emailed to let them know- and have never heard back. I won't be recommending them in future.

Had this less then a month and it stopped working. Very upset
