Mountain Bell 31232 dect_6.0 2-Handset 2-Line Landline Telephone

I was looking for a good multi-handset phone that was white. I don't know why, but over the years, white has become VERY hard to find. I should have kept looking. It got here fast, but never worked right. After setting them up, they were continually searching for their bases and just never worked. They seemed pretty cheap and junky. They look good - but what good is that?! The return process was long and drawn out, which is unusual for Amazon. This particular vendor, who I normally love, was not receptive to a return. First they expected me to pay return shipping on a defective product. When I complained, it took them over a week to send me a prepaid label by email. Once they had the package in their hands, it took another several weeks to get my money back.Not a great buying experience.

These phones could not be worse. One handset only rings and accepts calls sometimes, the other works ok, but you can barely hear the person talking on it. We live in a gated community, which requires a landline to buzz people in. The phones would not ring or let us pick up calls from the gate. Our previous home phone (also an inexpensive Amazon purchase) didn't have these problems. Only got rid of that one cause we wanted white for our new white kitchen. I really regret it and wish we had kept the old ones, they worked great but are no longer made.This will be my first time returning an item to Amazon in a decade of weekly shopping, that's how bad these are.

where you put your phones and when your on onethe other one does not work it just beeps. but they look nicejust really small

Like the looks but hard to lean features

caller id screen too small - otherwise very serviceable phone.

Static always on the line horrible quality.
