Make sure you secure all the post with anchors and tie downs. You need to limit the movement in the wind.

Could not be more disappointed. The original cover lasted 4 years, the replacement lasted 19 months. The shelter was in the same location on the property under the same kind of stress and it has COMPLETELY FAILED. During the life of the original, it sustained a wind storm that uprooted several 50' trees. The replacement has failed during normal weather-- nothing extraordinary has happened--no big storms, no excessive snow, no excessive sun (the shelter has always been located along a bank of trees to protect from wind and UV rays).OF COURSE, the warranty is only one year. Isn't that how it always goes?

Absolutely love my shelter logic garage! This is the replacement cover for one that had gotten torn after 10 years of service… This one will probably last me just as long!

1st cover tore the first year. We will see about the replacement.

Original cover lasted 3 years have very high winds held up great to them the replacement lasted 1yr 1/2. Again held up great to the wind along with wind have full sun all day the uv rays turned replacement into powder basically. Need something to protect it from the suns rays. Besides that I do like the product fo withstanding strong winds

This is a ripoff. You can buy the whole garage kit for $619. You will get 2 years max out of the gray cover.
