I think others have mentioned the door and it is difficult to open. You need a screwdriver or something to pry open the tabs on the door. OK I can get around that one, but when you try and open the door, you almost feel like you are going to break the damn thing. It does open and it works but it is more difficult than it should be. When I installed mine I put silicone caulking around where the plastic housing will meet the drywall to help seal it and help control the draft since this was installed on an interior outside wall. It does the job it was intended for, which was to give me access to my water pipes if they freeze in the laundry room. And it looks nice once installed.

Perfect inexpensive access door. I installed during a bathroom remodel and glad I did it.

I recently installed a 3 zone mini split in my home. Multiple zones left me with multiple refrigerant lines coming down the wall that ( keeping it real), looked terrible ! So I ran them through the walls and cut a hole to access the connections to the airhandelers . These plastic panels made a great inspection and service access cover. They snap shut tightly and when painted the color of the wall they go virtually un- noticed. Light weight, durable and easy to install. I just used construction glue around the inside of the frame. A great value for the price.

Worked well in my bedroom wall . Needed to get to my shower pipe s that had a leak.

Just what I was looking for. Didn't know these panels were a thing.
