Easy to install, look great
It indeed does help to individually cut out the dots, considering the transfer film over them. But, following the easy included instructions, I don't understand why people say these are tough to put on...needing an installation video from YT, using tweezers, and so on. Aside from the said scissors recommended, these are easy to put on. Just be careful, it'll be a snap.Yes, you can feel them, but, uh...they're stickers. They won't obviously be flush with a surface, and they're also not that obtrusive. My bass just came with boring white dots, so I matched the inlays on the fretboard (blue abalone). They look awesome, if ya ask me, especially for $9-10.

Great product, a little tricky to install.
First of all, let me say that this is a great product. This marker dots do exactly what they're supposed to do. I would recommend them. I have a vintage Jazzmaster with dark clay dots on the fingerboard and top of the neck, which make it very hard to see my positioning, even in my home studio and on stage. I bought these and they arrived in the mail less than 24 hours. I followed the instructions to a "T" and they would not transfer to the neck of my guitar. However, I used a pair of micro tweezers to remove the marker dots from thier application sheet and manually applied them to the neck of the guitar. Worked out great. This is just one of those projects that if you take your time, don't rush, or get frustrated, you'll be very happy with the result. 4 our of 5 starts, knocking 1 star off because of installation woes. Peace and grace to you all.

Very good quality inlay&fretmarker stickers
Appears to be very good quality adhesive on inlay stickers, use them on my Charvel that has no inlays, FYI, if using on a 22 or 24 Fret guitar you’re gonna need to order two packs if you want to use the medium size, didn’t know that had to order another pack but still feel it’s worth 20 bucks😎

Beautiful ✨
It was wonderful decorating the frets of my guitar. The stickers match the teal Sunbeam design perfectly. I needed to restring my guitar at the time, so it was the perfect opportunity to place them✨

These make your Epiphone look just like a Gibson
These make your Epiphone look just like a Gibson!.This is my second order of these fret inlays dots. They are excellent, and easy to put on and take off. I use them on several Epiphones and put the medium sized dots on the bridge, on each end of the pins to simulate what I call, the Gibson Dimple dots ...that are always added to each side of the Gibson bridges. These look pretty darn good. They must be positioned just right to look right, but you get extra dots in the set, in case you mis-position one dot, and need to pull it off and put another one on. I wipe the area with Naptha first (lighter fluid) to clean the surface of oil and gum. Once they are on they stay put and look like you had a luthier install the dots. I do not recommend these on an expensive guitar with a sensative nitro or laquer finish..they could damage the finish....But all Epiphones and many brands have the bullet proof poly finish, and these dot markers won't affect a poly finish. Love them. I've searched for these for years...finally I found them.

Good idea, bad implementation...
The roasted maple neck on my guitar is pretty dark, so it's fairly difficult to see the black dots in low light. I decided to get these dots in silver/white to go along the side of the neck, and the front, to make them more visible in low light. They work but....Putting them on was a circus. The dots sit on waxed paper release layer, and there is a partially sticky clear layer they are supposed to adhere to in order for you to transfer then to the guitar without touching the glue. Unfortunately, the manufacture process cut through the waxed paper and the dots stuck to it rather than the sticky release layer. Long story short, it didn't work as advertised. Ended up having to use tweezers and a scalpel to put them on. What a pain.I did manage to get them on, but the material they are made of is fairly thick so you can feel it when you move up and down the neck. Not a good thing. considering how much these things cost, and how few they give you, there is very little room for error. I'll probably end up at and office supply store and replace these with paper stickers. Especially since I can get several hundred for the $10 these cost.I do not recommend these at all. A complete waste of money.UPDATE: 2023-11-04Well these stickers have already started to fall off. (Haven't played this guitar much since I put them on) I am very disappointed. I had high hopes, but the stickers are pretty useless, and far too expensive.

They're Decent For Now
This is the second set of inlay stickers I've bought on Amazon... the first were the diamonds (which I also reviewed). These weren't as easy to apply as the diamonds and don't seem as sticky. I applied them like I did before but they wouldn't rub off the film and onto the surface as easily. It could be the smaller size or that this guitar has a real rosewood fingerboard which is more oily than the other which has a dryer jatoba material. They're holding fine for now but I suspect they won't last. As for why I used them... the guitar has very small abalone dots that are very hard to notice (about the same size as the side marker stickers). You probably can't tell from the photo but I actually didn't use the large dots, I used the smaller ones and the side markers on the upper frets. IMO, the dots you're supposed to use on the fretboard are way too big. Luckily for me the extra dots they include worked out because the main product (large dots) wouldn't have.
