Having been to Duck and Waffle in London, I was keen to acquire the cookbook and recreate the eponymous dish. I also wanted the story and photos, of which there are many to compliment the experience. Item arrived quickly and well secured. It's a briliant book and an excellent invitation to the experience, if you can get there. If not, design your own!!
