Read the directions
I love this pan and I made the recipe that came with it. However, the recipe is for 8 and the pan only holds 4. The amount was one of the last lines in the entire page. If buying and going to make the recipe, I suggest buying two pans so the batter doesn't sit for 30+ minutes waiting to reuse the same pan.

Nordic ware pans are always worth the money you pay for them they have beautiful detail to them that shows up on your bike products I have looked at this for a long time and decided to buy it finally went down in price I would advise anybody to buy Nordic ware product they are great

My favorite!
Love Nordic Ware pans, so when I saw these, I knew I had to have them. Made Gingerbread in then! Baked perfectly! My trick to getting them out, is to spray with Bakers Joy, use a small pastry brush to get in the crevices, then put in fridge until batter is ready to put in pan. Works every time!

Ich liebe Nordicware Backformen und diese funktioniert genau wie meine anderen wunderbar. Das dazuliegende Rezept funktioniert und schmeckt wunderbar. Eine Verzierung der kleinen Nussknacker macht Spaß und die kleinen Männchen sehen toll aus. Sie wurden auch gleich bewundert und verspeist. Zu Weihnachten gibt es dann reichlich Nachschub.

Ottimo prodotto, come tutti quelli della Nordic Ware. Arrivato nei tempi, come sempre con Amazon. Ne ho altri e sono bellissimi. Le tortine si estraggono facilmente. Con questi disegni è un po' difficile imburrare bene lo stampo ma con un pochino di pazienza si fa. Bisogna anche levare tutta la farina in eccesso prima di riempire altrimenti si creano quei puntini bianchi antiestetici, però il risultato è bellissimo.

Great quality tin. Cakes come out baked perfectly and I used with a different recipe than what it gives on the packaging. It is does need to be efficiently greesed to have a good result.

No me gustó para nada, horneas y no sale la forma del molde, no se pega nada al molde pero el pan sale sin ninguna forma, fue un gasto inútil :(
