Mom wanted some smaller lights for her outside tree. She was going to get fairy string lights (the really tiny lights on really thin line). I knew she wouldn't be happy with that so I went looking and found these. They are still small like she wanted, but big enough to put out a lot of light. She was thrilled with them. Only problem? The tree is outside her bedroom window and these were actually bright enough to keep her up at night when set to flicker so she had to remember to turn them to solid before bed. Not a bad problem to have for affordable tree lighting I'd say 😉

These lights are great for the price, make life so much easier not having to run power cables all over the place. Was able to string them around two trees on my sidewalk so I didnt have to run a cable across my sidewalk from my yard. I wish the on/off button had some type of indication as its a bit tricky to know if its on or off if the battery isnt charged.

I love the concept of Christmas lights being solar to save on electricity, so these fit this category. There is an On/Off button and Mode button on the back side of the solar panel. I like everything about the lights except the bulbs are not big enough, the lights are not very bright, and if I would have actually used the small plastic stake for ground usage, I guarantee it would have broke because this time of year for Christmas lights where we live is cold and the ground would be too hard to drive a cheap plastic stake into it. I still like the lights, but would definitely want bigger, brighter bulbs for future purchases.

I love the blue lights and plan to keep them up all year. I bought them to put up the blue lights in honor of my husband who just retired after 42 yrs in law. 6 yrs in the Army as Military police and Accident Investigator and 36 yrs as a New York State Correction Officer. I am very Happy with this product.

When I first put up the lights, they worked great! I wanted to eliminate cords all over the yard and porch, and I thought these would do the trick. However, after a couple of weeks, the ones on the porch railing were not working. When I checked them out, I found that the solar panel had broken away from the lights. The wind had moved the solar panel. The wires are extremely thin. The solar panel is heavy. The thin two wires that are attached to the panel can't support the weight of the panel when hanging.

I ordered the 300 LED red string for Christmas on sale. the 99 ft length was perfect for for the roof in front of my house. My wife said it looked funny because the lights were all red. So I ordered another string of white ones and put it up too. Now red and white together look more like Christmas. These are solar powered so they come on automatically when the sun goes down. They last almost the whole night, unless it's cloudy during the day and the solar panels don't have enough juice to charge the batteries. After a cloudy day, the batteries last until about midnight. They still worked fine after we got an inch of rain, so I guess they're waterproof.

I like the fact that they are solar. They aren’t very bright but still look good. I don’t like that you can’t tell if the power is on or off which they have to be to get the solar to charge. Also zero charge on them when they arrived. Trial and error 3 days to get them to come on for the first time. I love that they come on every night at dusk and are still on at dawn and then automatically shut off. This it what they look like after a very cloudy rainy day. They are brighter when it is a sunny day. I did not use the cheap plastic stakes to mount I just set solar charger on top of the Bush.

I put them around my yard to decorate for Christmas. They worked great for the five days I got to see them. Unfortunately I cannot speak of their longevity because rabbits chewed them to bits. I was picking up one and two inch bits from all over the yard. Yeah.Anyway, easy set up, solar thingy worked great, lights were bright.

Spent ages stringing the lights up, put the solar panel in a nice bright space and after two weeks the lights are still really dim. In fact, you wouldn’t even know they were on unless you look straight at a bulb in close to pitch black conditions.If I could be @rsed to take them down again, I’d return them. But I can’t now.Update: have been in contact with the seller who has organised a refund as a gesture of goodwill since I was not able to remove the lights without destroying them. If only all sellers were that good.

Started off nice and bright, but after the first 3 days they are dull and dont stay on for very ong before they run out of charge. Bit disappointing.

I’ve only used them for 3 days so far and very pleased I only wish they had a more powerful battery as only last around 3hours before they fade and become dim that’s with charging a full summers day, many different settings and excellent Amazon delivery, I can’t moan as they are good value for sitting in the garden for a few hours on summer evening,

Very bright, charge lasted the hours of the night we were awake to see it, and the installation and operation was very simple.As another reviewer has commented, after the winter and heading into spring these lights have stopped working. First, they started changing their mode after every re-config which led me to think the batteries were failing. Then both strings stopped lighting up all together. I replaced the rechargeable batteries with new ones thinking that was the problem (same as the other reviewer).Great for 1 year.Update:Replacing the rechargeable battery appears to have fixed my problem (for now). I will update if this status changes again.

Put up around an arch in the garden. Beautiful purple light which creates a nice contrast to the other white solar lights which I’ve installed.So far they have worked well I will update if there are any problems. There was no remote control in our package but I would not have used that anyway.
