Love this book! Lots of room to keep track of goals, diet, Dr. appointments, symptoms, meds, vitamins and supplements and lots of room for notes on additional blank and lined pages. Well laid out and tabbed to find your category quickly. I love Moleskin's cream paper because it's easier on the eyes than white paper. Very pleased!

I gifted this to a friend early on in her pregnancy so she could capture all those special moments. I saw this in a Moleskine shop in Seoul and immediately knew she would love it. Especially in the age of social media where everything is shared and forgotten in the never ending waterfall of posts, I thought having the option of making something a little more permanent - something you can put on your shelve above the baby crib and then hand it down years later. Fortunately, she shared the same sentiment and enjoys using this to capture all those first that we later forget about!I think it is definitely worth it if the person you are gifting is into journalling and will put in the effort to use it.There are also several other Moleskine journals for different categories that are also pretty cool!

As long as you are consistent writing in the book every week or even every day. Can't wait until out child reads what we wrote 20 years from now.

Bought this for a friend and her husband. They loved it!

I purchased it as a gift. It cost about $10 more in the bookstore. I was disappointed when I got this in the mail. The edges/ angles of the journal were bent. I try to bend the edges back. I kept the journal because I purchased it as a gift and planned to see my friend the next day. I did not have time to replace it. It’s a nice journal to give as a gift, but the print is small.

I adore this wellness journal. The feel of the book, the pages, just working with it brings me joy! Two bookmark ribbons are so handy. Focused pages for set intentions, great spaces for goal setting, monthly & weekly - daily activity, thoughts, efforts, and so much more. Loads of extra, blank, lined and dotted pages for other purposes, similar to a bullet journal. I highly recommend this wellness journal and will repurchase in the future without a doubt!

I normally like Moleskine products. The wine journal is NOT worth the price. The pages are incredibly thin. All writing from one side can be seen on the other side of the page. This is with regular pens. If you want to use a marker, forget it! Please don’t skimp on quality like this. Use thicker paper.
