GNC Total Lean Phase 2 Carb Controller, Decreases Calorie Impact from Carbohydrates, 120 Capsules

I can tell a difference when I miss a few days. I feel this really removes some of the carbs from my snacks and helps my diet. I have placed on subscription so I don't run out and would recommend.

This is one of the top carb blockers I've ever used. I take 2 before a heavy carb meal and it works great. No stomach issues either

I’m not sure how effective it is, but it does make you go after a carb full meal. I think you should take it 10 or so mins before meals. I tried taking up to 3 at a time with my meals

Did not notice any changes from taking this product. Would not order again.

I've only been using this for two weeks but sugars are staying low due to supplement. Will continue to use and monitor diabetic sugars.

I can't tell if it's working because I haven't lost weight but I didn't gain either.

I need to learn that these "solutions" don't work
