McKleinUSA 3.5-Inch Leather Attached Briefcase for Tablet- Brown

I've carried one briefcase or another since the 90s and needed a new one. This one popped up and looked like a good fit for the right price. I've read a couple reviews here that weren't as positive (including one complaining that a leather briefcase smells like leather??) but I guess some people just need to find stuff to be mad about. It sturdy and roomy with lots of pockets and compartments. It's a great briefcase and it LOOKS great, too! I've been getting lots of compliments on it around the office. If you're hesitating, I say go for it! I've been very happy with it!

The briefcase and the leather was much better than expected. The leather seems to float over the surface on the sides, but with all the flexing when opening, that may be normal. The locks weren’t aligned that well, but they work. Overall good item.

I chose this somewhat more expensive briefcase wanting lasting quality that will stand out, for example, in a job interview. The briefcase arrived a day early and I am extremely pleased with its luxurious appearance and its functionality.

My grandmother has had a similar briefcase that she has kept her hair cutting beauty tools in for decades, yes, decades. Well, even though her old one is still going strong, the leather backing was beginning to split open and it was time for grandma to get some new duds. She is pretty picky and this seemed to do the job. No complaints, very excited to receive the product, and she says it’s sturdy! That’s a win in my book.

I am more than satisfied with my new briefcase. The case is well constructed and the leather is top grade. It has plenty of room for my iPad, MacBook Pro and other accessories. Plus, the file pockets work great for my paper files. Mine arrived with a couple of small scratches, but Amazon took care of this for me.

Mine is defective as u can see in picture and the clasp is not very good, it was bent. The defective part is on the very inside pouch that’s made for iPad. It’s missing the latch thing. And the pouch is all stretched out like it’s been used. I’m returning and ordering another, fingers crossed. I also ordered a black one recently before I ordered the brown. The black one has peeling leather liner on inside . Which is Unacceptable because he’s only been using it 2 weeks. I try to leave separate review for the black one and they won’t let me. At this point I’m skeptical about this products quality, which is very disappointing because there so beautiful and they were gifts.Update: 4/22 got my second brown one because last one was defective.. this one is also defective. Returning it also. It is missing same inside latch that is shown in picture where iPad goes. The black one I ordered had it . Why these don’t idk. Plus it also has other defects . The gold is tarnished in many places. And outside has some brown peeled off. Anyways very disappointed.
