I use this rice in a dog food recipe that combines 2 cups of rice, 2 cups of quinoa, and 8 cups of water. It has more nutrition than white rice, but also cooks in 20 minutes the same as quinoa making it simple. I then add 3 cooked large chicken breasts (chopped) along with the juice from cooking, and one large package of frozen peas and carrots cooked. My dogs love it, and my kids like it too. I also use this is recipes requiring rice, as it cooks in the same time as white rice, but with more nutritional value.

I have been buying thus rice fir a long time and have never experienced thus. There are hard grains that look like they were never peelled. Alway cook it the same and always perfect. This is not appealing, hard flakes of the grain throughout the rice.

An excellent organic whole grain rice suitable for those users who prefer the health benefits of the vitamins and fiber thrown away if milled into white rice.

This light brown rice cooks like white rice and has a mildly nutty flavor. I prefer it to white rice and I think it's a little healthier for glycemic purposes.

I'm experiencing same as other reviewer, hard grains throughout rice. I did not experience this in previous orders. Will not purchase again.

The shelf life must be near expiration. It got tallowy soon. Had to dump it.

My family loves this quick cooking brown rice, and it cuts down on trips to the supermarket to buy in volume.
