Disappointed that this stopped working after only a few days and although it includes 'feet' to keep the battery section on the base raised/dry... the soap leaked into! The sensor would not dispense the 'no bits' soap (I fully read the manual) no matter how long I kept my hand near it, it just churned out repeated robotic noises. I contacted Amazon and they fully refunded me - it's now in the bin hence the low and honest rating.

I got this for the kitchen, as fed up with the soap pumps getting dirty from use. It works great, but will keep dispensing the soap (dribble) when you have moved your hand away. To combat this i have it on the edge of the window sill, and hold my other hand below to catch the dribble. Its good quality and sturdy, so wont move. Its easy to refill too.

Batteries do not last long at all.

I love the concept of this product however I have just returned the sixth one, they work for maximum two-three weeks then just stop dispensing soap. I give up and going back to a standard dispenser

Product does not work. From reading other reviews it’s a common problem with this item. Don’t waste your money !

It does not work full stop.Just couldn't be bothered to send it back..It gets NO STARS
