Perfect for around HSK3 level
This book is really perfect for me. For reference, I am nearing an HSK3 level of Mandarin; I have at least seen all of the HSK3 characters, although certainly not mastered them, along with a few on the side. I tried a book from level two but it was still somewhat difficult, so I went back down to level one. There are still words I don't know, of course, but they are few enough that I don't feel daunted looking them up (especially with the built-in dictionary on my kindle), and even with that I can often read a whole paragraph without getting stuck. It is helping me reinforce my HSK3 vocabulary too, as many of the words are in this book. I imagine that someone who just reached HSK2 would find it quite difficult for that reason but perhaps readable with more time and effort. The plot was sufficiently interesting to keep me going too, at times reading two chapters when my goal was to only read one that day. So glad to have found these!

Good but needs some changes
I have almost all Chinese Breeze books on kindle and paper. The red ones are the easier ones and I can already read them quite fluently the green ones are still a struggle. There are two things that would make these books more valuable. First they are missing pinyin after Chinese characters in vocabulary section. How can I learn the character if I dont know how to pronounce it or how to type it in Pinyin input.Second taking things to the next step it would almost make sense if the authors translated the whole book automatically into pinyin and had a link to pinyin page on every page with a back link on pinyin page to Chinese character page. That way the book could be linearly read in both pinyin chinese mcharacters / Hanzi. These books are getting better all the time I can see that the choice of names and vocabulary is getting more deliberate and help make the content to good practice material helping beginners get practice always with new material.

Very enjoyable story
This is at the low intermediate level, I would say. It is a fun tale some good twists to keep you reading and interested. The digital edition with the built-in dictionary is of course the most convenient. Highly recommended!

Good, basic reader for Chinese
This is a helpful tool for learning Chinese. The story is interesting, though not complex. For this booklet, the DVD provided has two speeds of reading of the text. One of the readings must be at a normal speed for a native speaker--almost impossible to follow. The other reader is a bit slower, though still fairly fast for my low level. I had another of these Chinese Breeze books where the reading was very, very slow--in other words, just right.

A bit predictable at the end, but still a fun read.
This is the second Chinese Breeze book that I have read. The story was a bit predictable at the end, talk about "crash-and-burn", but it was also a bit amusing. I like learning by reading and figuring out meanings of text. At times there were variation in meaning of words that stretched beyond my original understanding of vocabulary. "I Really Want to Find Her" provided a fun way to develop a deeper appreciation for learning Chinese.I look forward to reading it again.

Another great reader
Three college buddies receive a photograph of a beautiful girl from their professor. He wants them to go to China to help her but, unfortunately he dies before the three know his full intentions. Find out what happens in this interesting story. Ebooks are a great way to study because they have a built in dictionary that is always available at the touch of a button

Worth it.
I bought this book because it was a required reading for my current Chinese class; but I'm now glad it was required. This book helped me to practice my Chinese reading and comprehension. It helped me figure out how I could say or write sentences in the real world setting. The story is also pretty cute. I enjoyed this short tale even though it was predictable.

Great
I have just finished reading this. I would have given 5stars but the attached cd is in mp3 format Suomi have been unable to play it.It is great to be able to actually read something in Chinese. This is a great idea.

Todo perfecto
Lectura graduada en chino, con audio y a un precio muy asequible. Recomendado para todo aquel estudiante de chino con unos conocimientos ya básicos. El paquete tardó un tiempo en llegar, pero por lo demás todo bien.

Weird story but easy to read
It was a bit odd the obsession of the man characters with this girl, but as a book to practice Chinese it was what I was looking for, and the weird story did make me laugh.
