BELAZU Rose Harissa, 170 GR

Excellent product! Came very well packaged - no leaks. Definitely recommend for those who love Harissa. I would describe it as mild, not overly spicy, with a pleasing hint of rose. Update! I purchased 3. All were very well packaged in bubble wrap. Despite the excellent packaging one jar did leak slightly, not enough to warrant throwing away. I do think that whoever produces these needs to know that there is a production issue with lids not creating a firm seal. When I touched the lid of the second jar to check its seal, it instantly opened. Still deserves 5 stars for the product. Lid seal issue needs to be resolved.

My first jar I ordered leaked profusely in the packaging. However, I am very glad I was able to get it replaced!!! The second order, the jar's lid, again, was not tightly secured either but it didnt leak, "thankfully!!!" It was very much worth reordering!!! Great Product!!!

I love the flavor of this harissa, it is rich and not too hot. The company has a problem with their jar lids so sometimes they arrive leaked all over the place and of course the oil is bright orange and stains. Everything. If the brand reads this you need to fix your Packaging. One other thing, although I do like the rose petals, I wish the texture was smoother. this order I had to transfer the contents out to another jar because the jar was such a mess.

As a committed lover of food & cooking (especially Mediterranean plus UK), I have known about harissa but never enjoyed it with my purchases. They were always too hot and bitter. However, Rose Harissa lured me in to try again. To my joy, I found it perfect. It enhances food instead of destroying it. When I received it I took the plunge. Tasting it off the spoon before using it in a dish & possibly ruining the food & relegating the harissa to the fridge or down the disposal. Instead, my little spoonful led to another & another. It delights the eye and taste. It's perfect. I could've eaten the entire jar. I can use it in so many ways including mixing it into my homemade mayonnaise. Bravo to Rose Harissa. It's like taking a trip without leaving your kitchen and in my case, winter climate. Extraordinary and if memory serves me correctly...it is made an all women/woman business. Thank you so much for the additional magic of transporting me back to the wonderful foods I experienced in France & my other travels. Rose Harissa is a gift for the senses.

This is really delicious! I added it on top of cottage cheese to veggies and pasta… very versatile. I wish it came in smaller size as you only need a teaspoon…it last 30 days opened in the fridge.

This is hands-down, the best for making a delicious tomato, cucumber, chickpea salad. The price has gone up since tariffs started, but I’m still going to buy this in bulk whenever I can because nothing else I’ve tried gives this flavor profile.

A delicious tasting experience. It’s blend of savoury ingredients that add to with vegetables, lamb , apricots and added water makes a super and filling dish. I make it in my tagine and serve with rice . I often reserve some paste to cover boiled potatoes and fry them off to serve with the main meal also if there’s lots of family coming for tea. Quite a Delightful experience all round!

Cooking international meals has you searching the the "HIt" taste. This is nothing like you ever tasted. It has heat, but just enough, and a savory softness, It says made with roses. But there is no after taste of it. Shashuska's will be memorable with this harissa. It stands on it's own for tasty harissa. Wonderful product. It fits in every meal. Highly recommend it. 5*****

Ho scoperto la Rose Harissa grazie a Yotam Ottolenghi e ho deciso di acquistarla per preparare le famose Pappardelle con Rose Harissa, capperi e olive. Nell’harissa il piccante è intenso ma non copre il resto dei sapori, le note della rosa si sentono ma non sono fastidiose, anzi, nell’insieme aiutano a stemperare il resto degli aromi. Il prezzo con cui viene proposta la Rose Harissa su Amazon non è basso ma vale la pena acquistarla per la resa nelle ricette ottolenghiane. In etichetta riportano che una volta aperta la salsa va consumata entro 4 settimane

Me he hecho adicta a esta salsa. La combinación de sabores es increíble y es ideal para platos del Oriente Medio. Pollo asado con esa salsa y limones encurtidos es una combinación fantástica.
