I installed one, decided to use a different stereo, and the first stopped working about 35 days in. I contacted the seller and they IMMEDIATELY shipped a replacement, like I had it the next business day, and it's working perfectly again. If I ever need a replacement, I'll happily purchase another from them. Solid product, great customer service.

This camera works great on my 2005 Ford F150 pickup. It fits perfectly, so you can't even tell it's not the original. I had to look up a YouTube video to figure out how to wire it, but once I did that, the setup was surprisingly simple. Plenty of wire to reach the front of the truck, everything you need for installation. Great camera angle; I didn't need to adjust anything, which was cool. I can actually see both sides of my rear bumper which helps when parallel parking. The only complaint I might have is that the housing feels a little flimsy, like if I were to yank hard on the handle, it might break. Therefore I don't yank hard on the handle.

Installation in my 2006 F-150 XLT Crew Cab was easy. (I recommend watching a lot of videos before tackling this task as it will make your job much more straightforward.) The backup image is pretty good but not great. For the price, it's fine. I did have more than enough cable and wiring to go from the back of the pickup to the cab.

I am actually surprised by how well this product works! There is plenty of wire. The cabling is designed in such a way to allow for flexible installation options. The camera is angled in such a was as to allow visibility of the bumper which is very helpful. The handle appears to be of similar quality as the original, but only time will tell! The cabling is already wrapped in a wire loom which makes installation much easier and more reliable. I recommend this product for a Ford F150. My only gripe is that it doesn't have good instructions. Those can be found online, so it's not a big deal.

Added this camera to my 2013 f150 after a sync3 -> synch 3 upgrade. Install was easy. Power from the cigarette lighter in the front using the convenience wire and grounded at the tow hitch cables in the back. Pretty straight forward job.

Installed camera and that went great. But there were no parking lines. Image is good. Installation is easy.

Installed the camera and handle on my 2011 f250. using the backup light wire for the trigger. worked good for a year, then suddenly quit working. When I trouble shot I found my back up lights were not working so no power for the trigger. the camera shorted causing the destruction of the back up circuit in the body control module (BCM) this has now cost me $1500.00 to replace and I no longer have the camera. do not use the back up light wire to trigger the camera.

The camera works great. Connect it to the back up light and run the video line to the radio. There I have a camera working when I back up. The image quality is great. The price was not crazy expensive and it does light up very well when backing in the dark.

Camera is clear, and gives a pretty good angle for backing up close to things when needed.Handle itself isn't a perfect fit over OEM, seems a bit smaller. Has a little play to it due to this.Handle also seems a lot cheaper than the OEM one. And I could see the part you pull to open the tailgate failing in the near future.About what I expected for the money though.Install was straight forward despite a few extra wires that weren't needed that threw me off at first

The handle that opens the tailgate broke within a year. The camera is okay but can't reuse it on a new handle

Worked find when first purchased 6 months ago. The handle broke the other week after normal use. Cheap plastic that gets brittle when cold. I wouldn't recommend if you live where snow falls. Seller won't send a replacement. Spend the extra money and get a good replacement or you'll end up spending more replacing junk with junk.
