My favorite!
I love Tillamook Extra Sharp Cheddar and will continue to buy it during cool weather. As a former Florida resident I can assure you that warm weather, and not enough insulation added in packing, delivers a not so great cheese.

Cheese on Everything
Good cheese, not exceptional, grates well and cooks well.

Would have been fine if it wouldn't have been melted.
This cheese is one of the best cheeses in the United States of America but our order came melted.

Packaging of this product
I haven't opened this yet. If it's the real thing, it deserves five or more stars as it's one of the best Chekkar Cheeses I've ever had. BUT here is why I'm writing a review now..THE PACKAGING..... It's in a box that appears to be glued and then sealed with tape. I can't break the tape, can't budge the box at all. I'm going to go get a saw. It's so d___ annoying. I have a bad hand and do not expect a brick of cheese to take this long and this much muscle to open. I used scissors, a seraded knife but couldn't find an exacto blade. So annoying.

An excellent cheese
I discovered Tillamook while visiting Portland, Oregon where it seems to be a staple. While traveling the coast of Oregon we came upon Tillamook, Oregon and took a tour of the Tillamook facility. I enjoy cheese very much and in my estimation this is as good as it gets.

Too expensive.
Still can't get my head around this one. This is very good cheese, but I can go down to the grocery store in Nome, Alaska and buy this same product for $16.99.
