HAPPIJAC 139315 Wireless Remote Kit

The Receiver and wireless remote where delivered on the timeframe promised. No instructions where included. Spent 3 hours going through troubleshooting guild, and still did not work. Figured I had a defective unit and requested replacement. Surprise this seller does not do refunds or exchanges. They did tell me to talk to Tech support where it was discovered the sender and receiver where never paired. Tech support informed me this was supposed to be done before sending to consumer.

An economical solution and easy to install as a replacement for a failed logic board from about 10 years ago (non-wireless). Just unscrew the 4 holding screws for the old board, screw in the new one, and attach the wires according to the diagram on the cover (best to label the wires before detaching from the old board). Mine came with a sheet of instructions, and it's really simple once you know the two procedures to turn on the handset and to reset the board. The wireless function is a very nice step up from my old wired device.

Simple install. As far as swapping out with previous version. Had a little confusion with the remote as far as getting it going and turning it back on after it times out. Does not come with instructions. Operating or instillation. There are some on the cover of the junction box and some on the back of the remote but weren't covering my issues. I was able to get some PDF instructions off the internet and all is right with the world. Works great.

I purchased this as new but it is USED. It was not in original box just a cutout of original box end. Lots of scratches on control unit and I hooked it up but it doesnt work. They said item is hazardous fuel and so cannot be returned even though there is no hazardous fuel in this unit and I cannot be refunded. Beware

Item was shipped in a bubble envelope not in the original package. When installed either the remote or mother board did not work. After calling teck support it was decided the it was defective. Still waiting for a full refund from RVSupply Co.

The wireless remote was easy to install and works great.

Easy to install but would have been nice if it would have come with a manual how to initialize it. Even the online manual did not work. Had to contact Happijac and they were really great working me through the process. All working great now .

Unplug your shore power. Turn off camper main. Take a photo of the old panel for wire locations if forgotten, but they all just hang there when unplugged and connect in the same locations. Unplug and demount the old panel - mount the new panel - plug all the wires back in - turn on camper main - power up controller. You're happy, Jack.

Quick delivery, works great although initially the batteries for the remote had come loose during transport. Check them before you try to use it!
