Just okay
Not really easy to install. No instructions. Had to modify to make it work like I wanted. Little overpriced.

PERFECT!
I have absolutely loved this purchase! It was easy to install and works great! It has solved the rickety table!!!!

That there are no screws in the floor.
Can travel with it in the up position.

Collapses under little pressure.
The table keeps folding down under very little pressure. Can't get info as to why. Is there a part missing? If so, what? The spring is in place.
