Pattern Paint Roller - 7" Roller (Bohemian Pattern)

This is a great product, we recently decided to do a studio out in our backyard and this set the space off! Really captured the vibe we were going for!

I used this for a corkboard project I was doing, and was pleasantly surprised! (See pictures for that) I had purchased two rollers (this one and a different seller) that I thought were different designs and they turned out to be the same design, which actually worked out well! When I initially pulled this out of the package I was a little confused because the actual roller itself seemed rather soft and squishy. It didn't come with a handle but as long as you don't mind washing a little paint off you at some point, holding it by the ends like a rolling pin works fine for small projects at least! I tried the other roller first since it was firmer and to my surprise, no matter how I tried to put paint on the roller, I could only get about 30% of the design to actually roll onto the corkboard...it worked a tiny bit better on cardboard, but not much. When you use this, I would suggest testing it out first, you have to get a little creative with getting the paint on and just make sure you press firmly with the roller to get the full design! Highly recommended though!

This was awful. I tried different pressures, different paint thicknesses and nothing worked the rubber slid against the wall instead of rolling and it made a streaky mess. Not worth the hassle or the money. Very disappointed.

Make sure you note the size of this roller before you order, it's longer than most. Also, you will need a second sponge roller and a double applier. Check out YouTube video's on how to use. Once you master this (it can be a little messy) it does turn out a beautiful design. I use it on furniture.

It's a snap if you have already done teasts and know the large mess this can run you into.. When using the roller it has to be turnaround till it matches with the previous print patterns and held strait only one oops and you get to start over. This takes a lot of practice, I hope you have time and paint to waste. I am saving it to see how well it works on embossing plaster with the pattern instead of paint.

I used this to stencil my ceiling. It was easy to use. You do have to be careful how much paint you add to the sponge roller attachment (you really need this for best performance of the stencil roller) so you don't pick up too much paint.
