Calculus Workbook For Dummies with Online Practice

This book was good at explaining calculus in an understandable way and helped me ace the class. It was great when I didn’t have the best teacher for calculus to teach me how.

The best way to get good at Calculus is with a lot of practice and this book gives the reader a lot of problems to work on.

Seems to be a pretty good book and helps to simplify the topic of calculus. It came fast, it was a reasonable price.

Got this book as a review/refresh.This book's small font is unacceptable — especially on super-script -&- sub-script parameters (e.g. on limits) .The books paper is very low-grade grey making it harder to read some of the smaller print.Even if your vision is perfect 20-20, you'll be stressed to read some of the scripts.It would be much better w/bright white paper and larger font size on the super & sub scripts.Other than that - book is pretty helpful.

It helped some but for some reason I can not for the life of me understand what I'm supposed to be doing in most of these problems. Guess I may be a dummy when it comes to calculus. It helped with some things but looked like gibberish to me mostly. Just my opinion

Meh. It is a workbook. However, I bought this new & it arrived with work already done in it. so the first few chapters (even though review), were of no use to me. I hadn't taken math in decade, I really needed the first few chapters.

Bought the book to try to get a head start on Calc for the fall.. ended up extremely confused. This book will not help you learn calc. Save your money.
