Why are my printed labels coming out blank or skipped?

Blank or skipped labels can occur when there's a mismatch between the paper size setup in your printing application and the actual label size. Please ensure that your printing setup accurately reflects the label size to prevent this issue.

Why should I avoid placing adhesive tapes on these labels?

It's important to avoid using adhesive tapes on labels because the adhesive tapes' chemicals can react with the label coating, potentially causing the printed content to fade over time. To ensure long-lasting, refrain from placing adhesive tapes.

Why do these labels not work with DYMO 550 & 5XL printers?

enKo labels are not compatible with DYMO 550 & 5XL printers that require RFID chips for operation. These printers have specific technological requirements that our labels do not meet.

Can I trust the quality of these labels?

Absolutely! We stand by our product's quality with a 2-years safeguarded and a 100% money-back commitment. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to buy with certainty.

Are these labels safe for the environment?

Yes, our labels are BPA-free, ensuring safety for both users and the environment. We are committed to providing a product that meets high standards of quality and environmental responsibility.
