It comes with magnetic tasks you can choose from. Also 2 wipe away pens to write your own. It's met all our needs well

Can this be attached to a wall instead of the fridge?

If you purchase a frame and insert it loosing the glass it works perfectly on the wall. It's a quality product and works well.

Does it have a toilet training magnet please?

Only to use the toilet before bed, but you can write your own on.

can i use stickers instead of the magetic stars?

We haven't tried them but I guess that would depend on the stickers, and how easily you could get them off after using them. The board has a glossy surface if that helps.
