India Gate - White Basmati Rice - Classic, 10 Pound

My friend only uses this rice. Now that I tried it, I can go back. It’s great and high quality.

Best Besmity rice I got so far

People think rice are the same. Definitely not. This rice is top tier. The taste and texture are fantastic.

I bought this but during the weekend went to Indian store same rice 10 lbs 21.99 could have saved 11 dollars...

I love the flavor. For most of my life I ate rice and gravy, not just rice. This rice is so good I don’t need any gravy.

I’m a huge India Gate fan but this bad has a very odd smell and taste, like it’s moldy or has mildew on it. It also seems stale as it’s not cooking properly. Pretty disappointing

This is an excellent basmati -- more expensive but very fragrant, not sticky at all and expands very nicely. A very long rice. Much better than another highly rated but less pricey one that I tried from Amazon. I am not an expert by any means, but the only better basmati I have purchased (the one with the fawn on the bag) is not available via Prime and is pretty expensive to ship. I will wait until my annual trip into the "big city" to buy that at an international store where it will be less expensive. But in the meantime, I have found nothing as good as this brand.
