Taking this with B complex
Helping with bladder urgency and frequency along with the other b's. Just bumping this up for a while to see how it works. Don't want to imbalance my B vitamins, which is why I take this along with the complex. Seems like it is said to be good for so many things that might be an issue according to symptoms other than bladder. Maybe will notice other things soon.
