Q: All of a sudden the spinner won’t spin quickly and it won’t drain. I can hear water is trapped somewhere?

Is the water pipe of the washing machine blocked? I have encountered the same thing!

Q: Can I wash and dry at the same time?

NO!!!! IT'S ONLY A WASHING MACHINE.. with a spin cycle.

Q: Can you use laundry pods with this machine?

I wouldn't recommend using laundry pods. They take longer to dissolve and this makes the motor work longer,thus harder on the machine

Q: This particular model seems like it has no lint collector?

A worthless one. I recommend that you order a set of floating lint collectors that you toss 1-2 into the wash/rinse of each load. You'd be amazed how much lint and hair they grab on to. I use mine with every wash and rinse.
