The delivery was quick, the chair was well-packaged with minimal packing materials. It was easy to put together and has been perfect for my needs. It is sturdy, comfortable and adjustable to my needs. The price was great too.

The chair's build and quality is pretty good for the money. It looks great and doesn't squeak too much. The base cushion is spacious and quite comfortable.My main gripes are with the rest of the chair, however. The biggest problem is how hard the chair fights you when you want to recline and lean back. It takes a significant amount of weight and force to actually KEEP the chair reclined back, as the chair is designed to always return back upright. So if you like to lean back on your chairs, this one is a bit of a fighter. I like to lean and relax in longer hours on the chair, but this one just doesn't really let you do that easily.The arm rests are also just quite uncomfortable. There's some material lining where your hands are supposed to rest, but they're so thin that it basically makes no difference compared to resting it on the plastic shell. You keep your arms on there long enough and they just start to hurt.So overall, eh. I wouldn't say I'm satisfied, but for the price it's not the worst. If you spend long hours on the chair this one might not be it.EDIT: Adding a star because their customer support is great and contacted me, issuing me a full refund. It was fast and easy. But I do still stand by my review.

The chair was easy to assemble and feels comfortable, great buy!

Love the chair. It’s so comfortable to sit in & with the adjustable lumbar support my back doesn’t ache. Really like the reclining function & allows me to rock as well. Very easy to put together as the instructions were very easy to follow. Flip up armrests allow the chair to easily slide under my desk so it’s out of the way. Delivery was the day after it was ordered. This chair was an excellent buy & I’m so pleased with it! Highly recommend.

UPDATE: customer service from the seller contacted me to make things right. They have taken in my feedback and are already working to improve their products. From the excellent customer service and communication I received, I do look forward to seeing their products improved in the future, and would be willing to try their products again. Definitely worth contacting the seller with any concerns or problems you may have as their business strives for customer satification.The chair was easy to build, all parts arrived. The color is beautiful, and the seat cushion is comfortable, and rolls around very well .However the chair is not tall enough, the headrest comes to like shoulder-blade height on him (and he isn't super tall ,6ft), and due to lack of height, it's uncomfortable, so it's staying off. The back fabric is kinda loose and thin. The leaning capabilities of this chair is not as sturdy as we would like , it leans to the right instead of straight back, and it's creaky.
