Q: So confused and i don't know how to choose the back brace. does anyone know the difference between brand sparthos and freetoo?

I don't know about the other brand, but Sparthos back brace has no metal in it. We're using plastic stays instead of metal stays. It is also made of breathable fabric and is not bulky. Lastly, we have our 100% happiness warranty. You can message us here on Amazon if you encounter any issues and we'd be glad to assist you.

Q: Is it ok to wash this in the washing machine? Are there washing instructions?

Instructions are printed on the packaging & read as follows: "WASHING INSTRUCTIONS - Hand wash with mild soap in warm water (40o C) and air dry. DO NOT machine wash, iron, tumble dry or use bleach and softeners."

Q: Does this roll up or down when bending over a lot--gardening??

When using, it stays put but in the front were it's connect it does roll a little .

Q: What are all the materials and components used to make the product?

I would suggest looking it up in the product info, as that is where I'd have to go to answer your question. I can tell you by personal experience - nothing natural. All synthetic.
