American Standard 7105801.243 Studio® S Widespread Faucet with Lever Handles, Matte Black, High

This is probably my fault, but I had expected a larger faucet with thicker features. This faucet is small and thin. I am disappointed and it was expensive, but my contractor already installed it -so I am probably stuck with it.

The media could not be loaded. I bought 3 sets of this faucet and they are all wobbly even after tightening screw holding handle to spline.My contractor and plumber wasn’t able to get tight and I tried myself and wasn’t able to fix it. It needs another washer or a new redesigned spline. I read the manual and there’s no instruction how to fix this in the manual.Higher recommend you do not buy until this issue is resolved.My store rep is trying to reach out to American standard. Brand new install and hot water side just dribbles out. Called customer service and was told a new cartridge needed and would send directions on how to change cartridge. Cartridge arrived but directions are a joke. Called customer service for additional help. Another joke. Was advised to call my plumber and I may or may not get reimbursed for trip charge. This was not the only failed part by American Standard. Previously had a valve that was faulty and they were no help. I will not be using anything from this company again. I previously purchased bath faucet, shower diverter and shower parts, sink and more. My business will now be going to a different manufacturer.

Reportedly has a Lifetime Warranty. It doesn't because mine went bad. I tried to contact American Standard about parts and no one answers the phone. They put you on hold for hours at a time. No one is going to talk to you about warranty parts or anything else. No reply to emails. Junk faucets with no warranty. I recommend purchasing a Kohler faucet which is the best . No faucet is worst than American Standard.

I'm highly satisfied with this faucet. It was easy to install with color-coded hoses and flexible connections. The high faucet height, durable brass spout, and ceramic disc valve ensure longevity. It's water-saving, which is a plus. The metal lever handles and brushed nickel finish give it a sleek look. I highly recommend it.

Found the handles to be a little loose. Not something you would expect for a $$$ tap.Ultimately ended up returning it after looking over the install. They have made this about as hard as it comes to install especially in an already installed vanity. Small nuts, not tools included, and have to disassemble the pop up drain control and the reassemble intricate parts upside down in a small dark space. Very quickly realized it was not going to be worth the hassle.
