Great quality exactly as described
It arrived on time and the quality was amazing. I used this for a craft and it worked amazing. It came neatly packaged with 2 colors. The elastics are stretchy and amazing for things like mask. It is very soft and comfortable. The thickness is just right. It fit just right and I highly recommend it to people with crafts.

Too weak for my use
Not very heavy elastic at least not for a pants waist band. Pants are still falling down
