Been using COCONUT SECRET for many years.Far superior,in MY opinion to any and I mean anything on the market.I AM diabetic,and have been successful in having anything I want that requires sweet ingredients by using COCONUT SECRET..IT BEATS THE CRAP OUT OF THE stevias,saccrines nutri sweet etc etc..They suck as you well know,and this is not a paid endorsement,just good common sense..Ya like sweet?? This stuff is the real deal..BUY IT,IT WORKS!

The crystals have worked wonderfully for sugar substitution for ice cream and sorbets. I tried to replace honey or agave nectar in hummus with this. It just didn't taste right. I have also used it in cornbread instead of sugar. The cornbread was very good, but the color of the crystals turned the cornbread into a light brown instead of yellow. This is a product you need to experiment with. In some cases it is over the top good. In others, a different type of sweetener may better serve your purposes.The overall quality is excellent and I love it has a low glycemic index!

This product is just as sweet as sugar and I use it completely like a sugar substitute. I bake with it as well and my wheat free baked goods taste sweet and terrific. I feel like I'm making a healthier choice with this because its low glycemic. I am not a diabetic, and hopefully I never will be!

I use this instead of bleached sugar. It measures the same, sweetens the same, but isn't made from GMO beets sugar. An exceptional product to use instead of unhealthy sweeteners. Good in Paleo dessert recipes, in smoothies that need a bit of sweet, in coffee, in anything that you want sweetened. does NOT have a 'coconut' taste to it.

I buy these regularly now. They aren't cheap, but I love Coconut Secret's products and anything that keepsthe glycemic index down at all is a good product in my eyes. You do have to use a bit more than you wouldwith refined sugar, but I'll keep this in my cabinet permanently.

Tastes good. Flows like sugar. Better for you than cane sugar.

If your trying to get away from white sugar this sugar is nice. Not a s sweet as stevia, and doesn't add any flavor.
