Absolutely Great Product!
I am 58 years old, needed to lose about 20 pounds, and literally felt exhausted even after sleeping all night. i didnt relized it had black pepper was getting heart burn every day and stomach upset ,i have gastritis / diverticulitis and this didnt work for me i think the dosage was lower in each pill thats why you have to take 3 a day , im going back to my old brand :(

Better Sleep Less Anxiety!
