Komplete Meal Replacement Shake, Vanilla, 11.0 Oz (Pack of 12)

I highly highly recommend this shake. I have soy, strawberries and corn allergies plus I was told to not have dairy for health reasons so narrowing down a good protein shake is extremely limited. Unless I want to drink something that taste earth with the texture of dirt. The picture shown is of the old version which I wasn't really a fan of. The new version I love! I tried all the flavors of the new shakes and they're so good. It's not gritty and the taste is great. I buy these off the actual Kate Farms website at a lower price. I am doing their 30 day challenge where I replace 2 meals (breakfast and lunch) with their shakes. So far so good! I usually drink my first one at about 8am and then my lunch around noon without the urge of being hungry. I would need a light snack at about 3-3:30pm to hold me over until dinner since we don't have dinner until about 6-7pm. I love how it's so quick and convinent because honestly, I am always running out the door and never have time to prepare anything so grabbing these on the way out is the best thing. I get busy at work and forget to eat and have no time to go and grab food so I could grab a shake and have it while I'm at work in meetings without causing too much disruption. Another thing is that it actually saves money. I subscribe on their site to get 5 cases a month which average to $2.90 per bottle. That's $6 a day for breakfast and lunch! Also if you're interested in trying them first, they have a sample package where you get a bottle of each flavor to try. I had a hard time locating the new versions in stores. I've recommended these these to my mom and brother who are both trying to lose weight but need something healthy and quick. I attached photos of the nutrition and ingredients labels for each of the new flavors - chocolate, coffee and vanilla.

I am in love with this product! As a college student it is hard to find time for breakfast and this is an excellent meal replacement. It is full of protein and a healthy alternative to the sugary grab-and-go snacks. Great for working nights at the hospital too! The amount of protein in this shake keeps me going thought my graveyard shift.

Absolutely love this product. My son has dietary challenges, and it is hard to keep his weight up, or manage to fulfill his nutritional needs. When he began drinking these a few years ago, his weight gain caught up with his growth, and his health improved overall. If you read the negative reviews that advise of a sour taste or curds, please note that that was a *temporary* problem that has since been corrected. These shakes are delicious, and the nutrition packed in them is clearly evidenced. There is honestly nothing on the market that can compare.

It’s a complete meal in one little carton. Showed this to my moms doctor. He said that it was a great product and would be recommending it to his patients. My mom is 92 years old and drinks one every day. Said she feels like she has more energy since she has been drinking them. My grandkids always want to drink them when they come to visit.

I was hospitalized and have scaring from colon surgery from 4 years ago. I was out on a liquid diet for 2 weeks and soft foods to follow. Found this drink at Clark's Nutrient store. Having to drink this everyday was getting expensive so I turned to Amazon. Found it for a good price. Received this product very quickly. Will be reordering it soon.

Truly a life saver. My granddaughter was tube-fed this in the hospital so I ordered several cases for quick snacks at school.
