Has this product been tested for acrylamide? Any idea at what temperature it is roasted?

TESTING UNKNOWN? - I BUY IY ALREADY ROASTED AND USE IT IN A REGULAR DRIP ELECTRIC COFFEE MAKER.

Is this chicory inulin?

I believe it is. I began drinking Cafe'du Monde coffee & chicory again recently & it brought memories of home (Louisiana) , when I was a child. I ordered Coffee Partner to mix with my decaf coffee & quickly was hooked! I have been an insulin(not the same as "inulin") dependent, Type 1 diabetic for over 57 years and, surprisingly, have been having much lower blood glucose lately. I didn't make the connection til a few days ago, between the chicory (which does contain inulin) and the lower blood glucose. My sugars have dropped significantly enough for me to lower my insulin rate to keep from getting too low. I'm planning on continuing my decaf coffee with chicory habit because I enjoy (at least 2 - 3 cups a day) it so much. Good thing it works for my good!
