LacisGB94 Bullion Crochet/Cro-Tatting/Bead Knitting Hook, 5.75-Inch

I needed a small crochet hook. This is perfect.

This product is durable and able to withstand my tugging it through stitches that are often too tight. I have made some beautiful designs with this product. Shoved it into my pockets, my purses and my backpack...its withstood all of that.

This is a nice hook to add beads to your crocheting (or knitting). However, my Dyna-Mites brand size 6/0 beads did not fit over the head. My Miyuki brand Triangle Beads fit well, though. I like the notch, which fits fingering-weight yarn perfectly, which means no splitting of the plys since the bead slides above the yarn (which is resting in the notch). It would work well with lace-weight yarn too, I'm sure, and probably sport and DK.The shaft is very sturdy and did not bend while I was working with it. It is similar to another product: Lacis 1mm Bullion Crochet/Cro-Tatting/Bead Knitting Hook, 7.5-Inch (Lacis product number GB-84) that *is* made of a less sturdy and very bendable metal and could be easily confused when writing up a review.

The right tool for attaching beads to knitting.

Simply the best crochet hook for putting beads on knit lacework. Good handle, long shank that can hold many beads at once. Shipped quickly and sold at a fantastic price.
