Very neutral taste. Wish it had a stronger banana taste. Blends fine. Overall good product

Little about me before i review this product,I have baratric surgery and tried alot of other powers vs pre Made drinks and anyone whl drinks protein shakes knows power is alot cheaper vs pre made ones but the pros vs cons of each there own ways but mostly i check on price but putting price on hold for a moment I'm here to tall about this product so:Pros:-Taste good (vs like aldi brand or primer in my opinion)-Has little strawberry pieces in it-Don't need a blender works well with or without a shaker ball inside a cup (make sure you put water before mixing!) Of corse be better with one inside the cup.Cons:-Scoop is deep inside the power so getting it out Is messy chance to loose some product digging-of corse without saying you can taste the protein in it but alot less vs other brands!So overall I'd recomend this brand to anyoneBlendability amazingThe chalkiness is almost not there

Not being one to reinvent the wheel, I tried the Cookies and Cream Muscle Milk on the recommendation of my son although I did do my own research prior to embarking on this nutritional journey. As I had returned to the gym one year ago with a regular and vigorous workout schedule and regimen, I struggled to get adequate protein in my diet. This product allows me to get 32 grams of protein (equivalent to 5 eggs, 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt, 2 cups black beans); I dissolve it in 12 oz of cold water in a shaker bottle. Fearing the worst as pertaining to taste and texture, I was pleasantly surprised when I tried it for the first time. Aside from the cookie crumbs in the product, the entire powder dissolved completely. The flavor was pleasantly sweet though not overly so, the texture was not gritty or chalky, and no lingering aftertaste remained. One of the best things about Muscle Milk is that it has been tested for over 270 banned substances which offers an added element of confidence and security in the product. I have been using this product for workout recovery and protein supplementation for about one year. Along with other dietary changes and a continued workout schedule my strength, stamina, and definitely muscle mass have improved. I went from being unable to do one sit-up to doing regular strength training and high intensity interval training workout classes at the age go 72. Got this for my boyfriend as he just started working out and needs high protein.The first shake I made him I followed them measurements on the container. I thought it was really good. I have used many powders and drank many shakes, so I actually like the consistency of the chalk/grit in it. My boyfriend wasn't a fan- so I did only one scoop in his next one and he said it was better. I find that to be kind of silly because he could just eat something with 15g of protein.I used my frother to blend it and that really helped get any dry clumps blended out very nicely.I got the vanilla thinking it would be nice to put in the blender with some fruit or something- will try that next.I thought the amount of product for the money was a great value, nice vanilla taste and of course MM is just an OG product- totally comparable to any way over priced GNC product you can get.

The MM chocolate protein powder is so good. I mix it with unsweetened almond milk in a shaker cup. It mixes so easily and smooth. I like how thick it is and it does taste good - like a thick chocolate milk shake. I drink the protein for my knees after having knee replacement surgeries and shoulder surgery. My doctor has ask me to drink 60grams of protein per day to keep my muscles nurished, however, I only drink one and find the protein in other foods. I have been buying this brand for years and I like to really stock up when it goes on sale during the Prime Day Sales. Really great tasting chocolate stuff.

I love the flavor but it clumps like crazy. Worse than baby formula. This is my first time using it, I'll be trying to remix it later with a blender but yeah if you try to mix it with just a spoon it's not gonna work. Need one of those bottles that has the metal ball thing in it for mixing better or a blender.UPDATE:I've been using it as my main protein powder. It's been the best. Got a shaker and it helps a lot. I also really like making it the night before,seems to help with the overall texture and helps to really get the rest dissolved. Helped my appetite issues better than any other ones. Doesn't make my stomach nauseous from the flavor or anything. The banana flavor is the best and this brand is the best for quality and quantity!

I love this product. It tastes great and the price is pretty good, too.

We bought this so that an elderly loved one would gain weight and add more muscle to her frame. This product tastes good, is easy to mix, and is loaded with protein and nutrients (per its "Nutrition Facts" label). We found that buying the product is an expensive way to obtain protein -- some meats, fish, eggs, etc. are better sources at a lower cost. After months of us, our loved one did not gain any significant amount of weight nor did her muscle mass increase.

This is a decent value protein shake.I bought the chocolate flavour and it tastes like cake mix. I like it but my girlfriend had a sip and wasn't so keen.I have not tried the other flavours so cannot comment on those.I have the shake with water in the morning as soon as I get up and also straight after the gym session at night with a teaspoon of creatine added.It does not contain lactose which is a good thing as I am lactose intolerant. I have had no stomach issues since taking this twice daily for the last 2 weeks.As mentioned by someone else, it does contain 300 kcal per serving (2 scoops) which may be too much for people trying to loose weight. I am trying to bulk up my muscle so this is an easy way to get an extra 600 kcal per day plus a stack of protein and vitamins.The 2240g tub should last 1 month when having 2 shakes per day.
