Crème Brulée Kindle Edition

No one ever seems to have a clue how easy creme brulee is to make, and guests are always impressed. If you want to go beyond the basics this is a great book to add to your library, along with  Elegantly Easy Creme Brulee: & Other Custard Desserts . I never liked the results I got caramelizing the sugar under a broiler (plus it takes longer and heats the custard underneath as a result), so I highly recommend this torch  BonJour Creme Brulee Chef's Professional Culinary Torch with Fuel Gauge . It seems reasonably priced and better made than even others made by the same company (BonJour).If you just want a good basic creme brulee recipe you can find that on the Net at cremebrulee.com. If you want variations and to keep it interesting over time for your guests, I highly recommend these two books.

The best creme brulee book I've found. Simple to understand instructions, great photos. As with other Pappas books, this is a pretty much no-fail cookbook that turns out excellent creme brulees, from the most basic to the more intricate. a great cookbook for beginners as well as experienced cooks. Highly recommended.

Nice book. Glad I got it. Made one recipe for C jug ristmas and everyone loved it! No leftovers here.

this cook book is great especially if you haven't ever made crème brulee. Who knew there were so many different types of crème brulee? I have tried many from this book and everyone loves them all! I also bought this book for my sister's birthday so she can enjoy it as well. I highly recommend this book.

Great recipes, easy to understand instructions and some non-traditional brulee type custards. Definitely worth the purchase.

I was so pleased with this book and it has so many different recipes in it. I made the first recipe in the book and the Creme Brulee was delicious. If you want a good recipe book for Creme Brulee get this book.

So many delicious options. Once you've tried a few recipes you'll start to get a feel for making your own versions. Fast easy and always impresses my friends. They just don't know how easy it is;)

Loads of sweet and savory recipes. Book itself isn’t a fancy recipe book, wish it was as purchased as a gift.

Creme Brulee, going to use one of the recipes today for the first time. There are some lovely recipes in it and I'm sure I'll be trying lots of them :-)
