Looks and Sounds Retro

I bought this on that online auction place new for half the price shown here. Before that I had bought and returned and an Eastwood Sidejack. The Eastwood only looked retro it didn't sound it. This guitar has a Strat type Tremolo which is my favorite kind. On a few instrumentals I do it sounds as good (though different) as my American Fender Strat Deluxe. The neck feels good, frets are finished nice, comfortable to sit or stand with. Sounds great. I wish I had this guitar when I started out instead of that Sears guitar my folks got. Buying this for a new player would thrill them but get a good price. Long live The Ventures!
