Radionic ISL113HTP Instant Start Electronic Ballast: Use with (1) F13T5

Ordered these ballasts thinking they would replace a similar ballast, but it did not. Although this ballast was marked for use to power F13T5, it did not work. Upon examining the old (burnt) ballast, I discovered that the Amperages were not the same. The old was .18 amps, whereas this ballast is only .14 amps. The bottom line is I should have gone by the Amps reading, and not by the lamp size.
