I use these for my pole fitness classes. They are easy to get on. The size I purchased was originally ALMOST too small (I am a larger girl... I started dancing at 220 lbs, size 16, almost 18) and at that weight, the XL worked, but yeah, almost too small. Now, 2 months later, I have lost 10 lbs dancing and the knee pads are still tight, but they are sliding onto my knees much easier. I would say if you are less than 220, they will fit you at a size XL... I will probably re-order when I have lost an additional 20 lbs... Maybe not though. These will probably fit perfectly then!

I used them for a heel class. The room is dark so they look kind of invisible on my knees, which is good because I don’t want people to see them too much. The pads are thick enough for floor work. But they run a bit small so the top part squeezes around my legs. But I think a bigger size wouldn’t stay tight on my legs. I have to pull them up from time to time while dancing.

I did my best to beat these things up! They're great on hard floors for dance - drops, knee spins, whatever you fancy. They slide but aren't slippery - meaning, if you want them to slide they will, but they shouldn't if you don't make them. I had a scary spin into a drop (in 8 inch heels, thank you very much) and although it killed my wrists, I never worried about my knees with these on. I bought a 2nd pair for performance/competition (so they'd be clean!). Will continue to use/purchase as needed - but I don't need any more yet b/c they're well-made!! They also didn't slip much, like other brands do, which was great b/c I had them under fishnets and were difficult to adjust with the tights on.

The fit is great, I ordered an XL (I’m 5’3” and 133lbs with a thigh measurement of 17”) and the material is soft and comfortable. While trying out my routine with them though, the knee pad (the pad itself) does not stay in place and ends up on the side of my knee instead of actually over my knee cap while the band stays put. I can see this being a great product for yoga, so not a total loss but when it comes to dancing (pole/exotic dance with floor work) it won’t do much for your knee health.

I wish I could return these but unfortunately I bought them months before my daughter needed them and so when she finally opened them to use they were a huge disappointment. They are unbelievably hard and stiff! Don't bend at all, very uncomfortable, they are tight around the ends and loose in the middle so they roll around and don't protect the knee. I have no idea who these would fit as they don't fit my child and they don't fit me or my husband or my son. Very disappointing and not worth the price!

I’ve attended 5 dance classes with these so far, and they’ve held up great! Definitely saves my knees with the floor work. Nice and soft, I would definitely recommend.

Got these for pole dancing class and they are perfect! Make sure that you pay attention to the size chart and order appropriately. You’ll want to order a size larger than what you think. I’m 5’7” 135lbs and an XL fit me perfectly. They definitely run on the small side.

Las amo, protegen bien las rodillas, son cómodas y permiten la movilidad. Las uso para pole dance y exotic. Son perfectas, elegí la talla L (large), aunque dudé mucho sobre la talla.Tip: mide de la mitad de la rótula hacia arriba 10 cm (4 inches), de igual forma hacia abajo.La tela es suave y elástica, no es tela strech, no esperes que quede entallado (pegado a la piel). Las costuras son maravillosas, parecen invisibles y no se entierran en la piel.Sí se bajan un poquito de la parte de arriba, pero nunca se me han caído. Hago 2 hrs de pole con exotic y nunca se me cayeron.No esperes que se adhieran al pole en la zona de la corva en la rodilla.Para el trabajo de piso en el exotic, son perfectas, ya que no sientes el piso. No abuses tampoco, porque al no sentir ninguna molestia te puedes lastimar con el tiempo.

一見薄いが、膝をついてもしっかりガードしてくれて痛くない。ダンスの発表会で、3曲とも膝をつく振付、何度も練習しているといいかげん膝が痛くなって辛かったので購入。サポーターというと黒とかビビッドカラーが多く、肌色のものが少なかったが、これなら素足に着けても目立たない（若干濃いけど）。ダンスやる人にはオススメです。

I loved my large pair and ordered an XL for a backup pair, the XL pair came in so small I can't even get it up my calf. Inconsistent sizing.
