Not what it seems!
I received this product promptly & securely packaged. I am unable to use it though, because it is more of a flour than a meal & it states on the label, in microprint, that it could contain soy & tree nuts, among other things. I was going to use it for breads & English muffins but I am allergic to soy & my nephew is allergic to tree nuts. It is also too finely ground for my intended purpose. Be warned! If you cannot put organic & GMO free on your label, how can you advertise your product that way?

Great product
Enjoyed and felt quality was great. Didn’t use their recipe but made sweet cornbread and flavor was great with a better texture than the store bought cornmeal. Highly recommend
