Good crusts, bad quality control.
Long time customers of Cali'flour foods and love the crusts when they are manufactured properly. Over time their quality control has dramatically declined. One third of the time you will get crusts that are not properly pre-cooked, too thick, too thin or improperly vacuum sealed. Several times the crusts have arrived growing mold. The crusts themselves (when quality controlled correctly) are amazing. However, given the cost and the inconsistencies I would not recommend this company. Customer service did replace some of the crusts but even the replacement crusts weren't 100% good.

Horrible Packaging
The pizza itself is good but the package and the way it comes freezed one to each other makes me not want to buy it anymore. I liked how it used to be. Why not pack the crusts separated from each other?

Delicious Time Saver!!!
Wonderful & delicious!!!! A product that has "real" food ingredients and meets our low carb dietary requirements. I used to spend an hour making a single cauliflower pizza crust - I'd "rice" a whole head of cauliflower, cook it, then drain & squeeze out moisture, then mix w/ egg and cheese, then bake, etc. What a hassle - these crusts are such a time saver! I bake at 375 on parchment paper for 5 minutes, then flip it and bake another 5 minutes, just for extra crispness. I loaded up this crust with extra sauce, fresh basil, 3 kinds of cheese, sausage & pepperoni. Works great, tastes great - and you can pick up the slices and eat them. I am soooo happy I found this product! Hubby & I can only eat 1 crust at a time, so I just stuck the extra packages in the freezer to keep them fresh. That way, I only take out what I need. They have paper separating the two crusts that are included in each package, so it's easy to pull them apart. Don't worry about having to buy so many at once - according to the packaging, they're fine to freeze. Next time, I plan to make a barbecue pizza w/ BBQ sauce, cheese, jalapeno sausage & brisket - or even a wonderful breakfast pizza with ham, cheese & then top each slice w/ a fried quail egg. I hope they never stop making these! They're worth every single penny!5/12 update: I fed the BBQ pizza to someone who doesn't really eat veggies and has probably never eaten cauliflower in their entire life - they gobbled it down and asked for seconds. I also used 1/2 a crust (cut into quarters for a top & bottom piece) to make a grilled ham & cheese sandwich. Spread the crust w/ a little bit of Dijon mustard, 2 slices of high quality american cheese w/ 1 thin slice of ham in the middle. Cooked on stove top in nonstick skillet on medium high. Worked perfectly - the crust even got crisp and all the herbs made this taste like a restaurant quality meal - came in at 4.9 ounces of food and it only had 260 calories w/ a whopping 21 grams of protein. For someone who can eat more food at one sitting, this would be a yummy, healthy meal served with a side salad or fruit. Even kids would eat it. I'm seriously considering trying this crust as a base for a quiche... I'm so happy that I can eat sandwiches again! I just ordered 5 more packages - they're awesome!

Fantastic but a few tips-
I put some cheese and tomatos and ate it for dinner - very nice. some thoughts thoughFirst, not sure why it says "keep frozen" on the delivery packaging - it freaked out my building neighbours who (kind souls) were calling me because there was a package that was sitting, unfrozen, in the lobbby. The crusts are vacuum packed and fine for a little while so no need for the shipper to label them freeze immediately etc. Once I got them home I put them in the freezer immediately, which was fine. Second, dont cook them on a pizza stone. I only read the instructions (which, helpfully, say just that) after 10 minutes on the pizza stone -they are right, it makes them soggy. Third, after realizing my pizza stone error I put the crust (now laden with blue cheese and tomatoes) on a rack, under the broiler. The edges burnt in minutes (be carefull-) BUT it didnt matter - they tasted great even though the edges were a brittle black crisp. Lastly, I would recommend not thinking of these as pizza and loading up on cheese and stuff. They are more like a delicate flatbread and the balance would be much better with subtle toppings. In terms of portion size, one crust was about 25% too much to eat (I'm a average sized woman). Overall, I think these will be fantastic when I get it right. Am ordering lots more as I can see this being my go-to low carb snack.

The crusts are small and one crust is pretty much a meal for one person but worth the ...
I received these today. They came packed with cold packs that were not cold at all. The tracking info shows that they were delivered at 3pm and I arrived home at 5pm. It was if they were not refrigerated at all. Tried the original crust tonight anyway. Very tasty. The crusts are small and one crust is pretty much a meal for one person but worth the money especially if you ever made cauliflower crust from scratch.

AMAZINGLY GOOD AND HEALTHY
This pizza crust is amazing and delicious! It doesn't have any cauliflower taste to it what-so-ever! Comes completely cooked and ready to use. I put my favorite toppings on and heat it. Ready to eat in minutes! The best part is that it is totally guilt free pizza eating. I can indulge in it whenever I want and eat as much as I want without feeling like I'll tip the scales and feel guilty for eating pizza. I am a pizza lover and I have finally found something that is healthy for me. I don't have to put a limit on the number of slices I consume, and I actually feel great about eating until I am full and satisfied. The bonus is you are eating a crust that has lots of flavor in it. I would encourage you to try this crust. It is very delicious and amazingly good for you. YUM!

Finally!!!
OMG... These are delicious. I tried making my own cauliflower pizza crust and it was so messy, time consuming and did not taste really good. I saw these on FB and decided to try them. Made one using pizza sauce, onion, spinach, cheese, garlic and Italian seasoning. YUM! I will definitely be ordering these again.

There are low carb options I enjoy more.
I bought this because friends of mine rave about it, but I am not personally a fan. The crusts are tiny, and limp when baked. There are low carb options I enjoy more.
