Good stuff!
Good stuff! Cleaned my sidings and it was a breeze. Easy to use and works fast. My sidings look bright and white. It does have a strong smell esp if you're working in a closed space (I cleaned my car port) so be careful. Wear protective glasses and gloves and be aware of stain on clothing as other users stated altho I didn't get any. But super effective. Use properly. I forgot to take before photos but you can see how bright my sidings are. Super happy with this.

Quick and easy
This product worked really well on my siding and on my deck. Spray it on, rinse it off. The green pollen wasn't really heavy but it came off with no scrubbing. Quick and easy. You do need to learn the nozzle spray adjustment otherwise you can empty the container real quick, really quick! This is a game changer. My thanks.

Works as advertised. Spray, wait, rinse - clean surface left behind. Will use again.
Easy to use. Product works exactly as advertised - spray on, let sit on surface, rinse. Cleared my north-facing siding all the way up to second story without need for ladder. Just my hose and the cleaning solution with included dispenser adapter. If you apply and scrub, your surface will be like new. I chose just to apply and rinse. Siding still looks fresh and clean, though if you walk right up to it, you can see some minimal, faint residue in some areas. For sake of convenience and time, apply and rinse works great. Only reason it's not 5 stars is that there was some minimal leakage during shipping due to the caps of each of the bottles allowing small amounts of solution out - likely due to the boxes being stored incorrectly in inventory and/or during shipping.

Siding Looks Amazing, But Beware of Plant and Clothing Damage
This siding cleaner truly worked like magic—my siding looks brand new and I was amazed at how easily it lifted off years of grime. As other reviewers mentioned, the product does go quickly, so it doesn’t last long, especially if you’re covering a larger area.I followed the directions carefully and rinsed off all the surrounding plants right away, but unfortunately, it still caused chemical burns on the leaves. Most of my plants are now severely damaged, which was really disappointing. I also accidentally got some on my clothes and it left bleach marks, so be sure to wear old clothing when using it.Great results on the siding, but if you care about your landscaping or wardrobe, take extra precautions.

Marginally Effective Product, Problematic Delivery System
I bought two bottles of this along with the hose adapter. My goal was to try to get rid of algae and mildew at our creek front cabin. It’s constantly humid and when it rains, the painted deck surface gets a bit slippery. We have a similar problem at our home with flagstones on our patio, even though it’s not on a creek.I let the product sit on the deck for the recommended five minutes, then scrubbed it a bit with a stiff brush. It was warm, but not hot, and it was barely wet when I got back to the first part I had treated. The algae is definitely reduced, but not gone. I applied what was left in the first bottle on the flagstones at home, and let it sit for the full 15 minutes, then scrubbed and rinsed. I can’t see much improvement on the flagstones, but then that’s one of the problems I have with the delivery system. When you screw the hose adapter onto the bottle, it ratchets in place. If you tip the bottle, it does leak as others have pointed out. There also does not seem to be a way to remove the adapter from the bottle without resorting to destructive methods. That’s a real problem for transporting a partial bottle, but also because there is a second bottle and only one adapter. The other problem I have is that the bottle is opaque and there’s no way to know when it is empty. In fairness, the reason that it did not work on my flagstones may be that there was no easy way to know if when the product ran out. For all I know, I may have just been rinsing some of the flagstones with nearly pure water. I’m going to try undiluted product from the second bottle on one of the flagstones that didn’t respond well. All that being said, for reasons I can’t fully define, this underperformed in my opinion. If you decide to get it, I would not recommend getting the package that includes the hose adapter. A garden pump sprayer might be a better choice in that you know when the product and water you mixed in runs out. As for the product itself, this does not appear to be any different from the many deck washes that are out there. It’s mostly chlorine and soap, which you could mix up yourself (2 gallons warm water, 2 cups of 5-6% bleach, 1/4 cup dish soap). Whether you use commercially available or make your own, don’t leave it on wood surfaces too long, or you will degrade the surface and end up with wood that looks “hairy.“

Wow! Works great and saves money!
The back of our house was covered with algae, mold, and mildew; and there was some on two other sides of our house, as well as sections of our fences. We received outrageously high quotes from a few house power washing companies and we were considering what to do: 1) expensive power washing company; 2) getting on the ladder and power washing it myself; 3) find another solution. I found a YouTube video of a guy showing how well 30 Seconds Outdoor Cleaner works and decided to give it a shot. Every house is different and the level of work needed varies, but I was hoping we would get similar results to those shown in the video. This stuff works incredibly well and it is easy to use. I spent two hours on a Saturday morning and sprayed three sides of our house (front didn’t need it), a few panels of our backyard fence, and our two front yard post-and-rail fences. I would spray a section, move to the next, then go back to rinse the previous section after giving the product about 30-60 seconds to do its work. When rinsing after the brief wait, everything just came right off. No power washer, no ladder, no expensive power washing company. This product worked amazingly well and I saved approximately $1,800 compared to one of the power washing company quotes I received. I highly recommend this product.
