I used to have terrible allergies. Through diet and lifestyle changes, I was able to get rid of asthma and allergies so that instead of having them constantly, they are rare now and have been for quite a few years now. The only time I get hit with them is during lots and lots of rain when there is mold growing and then it gets windy.HOW THESE COMEThese come in packets and these packets come in a box. That allows you to open only a small batch of them at a time and then re-seal them to keep them fresh. I like that I can tuck them in my bag to take with me.HOW TO TAKE?I took two of these at a time. I was sneezing a lot. The day was very windy and we had rain for weeks on end. The mold content was so high that I was sure I was sneezing because of allergies. We had mushrooms growing all over the yard and other places.DID IT WORK?At first it seemed to slow the sneezing down from constantly to only once in a while. Then it started again. Eventually it would not stop despite the pills.WILL IT WORK AGAIN?I discovered that I had a small summer cold. It lasted a few days and was gone. Had this been allergies, I think it would have worked. It affected the sneezing at first but then as the cold progressed, it didn't seem to help because it was so intense (as in nose gushing like a faucet).THE BOTTOM LINEThis is a nice thing to have on hand. I don't have allergies that much anymore, but after seeing how it did effect even a summer cold, I am pretty sure it will work even better on allergies if they hit again.MY RATINGFOUR STARS. I can not say WOW THIS WORKED PERFECTLY because I did not really have allergies. It did seem to help at first until things progressed to a point where it was just too much at once. I will try again as this seems like a rainy summer. If I get hit again with allergies on a windy moldy day, I will reach for this and update if anything changes.For now, I have been perfectly fine for a while since the cold came and went, so I have not needed these again.

This comes as 12 sealed pouches that can be resealed after opening.They are tasteless and easy to swallow. They helped with allergies in the fall and replaced my regular allergy pills that I ran out of. No complaints so far.

The dosage/servings information is a little confusing but otherwise these work well for my allergies. The carton contains 12 packets. Within each packet there are 12 capsules but a serving size is only 2 capsules, so if you took only 2 per day it would take 6 days before you needed to open a new packet. However, though the 2 capsules are recommended as a "maintenance" serving, if your allergies are really bad, you could take up to 6 capsules per day. I like that there's a "maintenance" dose and an "emergency" dose (fast acting) but it's really up to you how much you want to take per day. As it is, it works fine but the variation in serving information may be confusing to some. If you have mild allergies this box will last you quite a long time.

I use nasal strips at night and ordered these to use during the day when I take my nasal strip off.They seem to help somewhat. But I haven't been sick...so I haven't really put them to the test.That said, they do seem to keep my nasal passages clearer than when I don't take them in normal, day to day use.My wish is that these could be made into gummies instead of the larger capsules--not the end of the world, but I find that I'm more likely to take supplements when they are in gummy format.Recommended.....

I'm all about Chinese herbs. I'd rather take herbs than manufactured meds any day. A lot of allergen meds take time to take effect, too, but these capsules work fairly well in a short amount of time. I am dealing with summer 'stuffies' and am also enduring clouds of dust from the construction happening right across my street. These capsules have been a great reprieve for me. Within 20 minutes, just as it claims, my sinuses clear up, and I don't have any side effects from these capsules. No sleepiness, no headache, no irritation. My concern is the price point (almost $60 at time of review). That's a little steep for a product that may require someone to use at maximum dosage. I'm fortunate that with two capsules, I feel a difference, and it lasts a while. Someone else may burn through their supply quickly, though.

I hate it when my allergies go into overdrive while I’m working. It’s happened so much that I’ll leave the house and few great, but a few hours later I’m sneezing, dripping snot everywhere and running my eyes. I can’t take Benadryl or anything like that and the other brands need time to build up in your system. These all are purely from herbs that have been known for years to combat allergy issues. I love that each pack has a zipper seal so you can take what you red and save the rest for later. I was having some minor issues the other day that felt like it could get worse. I popped 3 of these and the itching and sneezing were gone within 20 minutes. They are easy to take, not bad smell or taste and didn’t cause any stomach issues.
