Ben using this product for 4 years now. Bread comes perfectly every time.

I make all my own breads and I like the fact this is an employee owned company. It works well for any type of breads.

I bake all our own bread & I am particular what flour I use. I am very happy King Arthur as its organic & not bleached with who knows what. Works very well in my bread machine. Also its 0% Iron with I must have. So glad to find it on Amazon. Also shipping was very quick which is great.

I bake almost all our bread, and King Arthur is just the best flour for the money. My only complaint is that the excellent and easily compostable packaging by King Arthur is rendered moot by the heavy-duty plastic wrap it's shipped in. It would be great if Amazon would find another, more environmentally sensitive way to package food items.

This is the best bread flour I have been able to find. High gluten is key.

pros:- great for bread- high in protein content- organic (so no GMA, but most important no glyphosate put on the field to kill and "dry" the wheat just before harvest)- great site for recipes... (the site of the company selling the flour)TIP: make sure your recipes adjust for the protein content. i.e. you might need to tweak the water content a bit.cons:- kind of expensive. Still cheaper here than in Whole Foods or shipping from the company directly.

I have ordered this product many times but this order of 24 lbs had bugs in the flower and is unusable and can’t be returned. I can not find a way to get a refund either.
