Closest I could find to what I had at the hospital. These are super thin, so I would just attach a pad to it (I hated the diapers). These fit very TTS, but if anything size up because you definitely don’t want them tight!

Similar to what is in the hospital
Similar to what you get in the hospital. Downfalls-pads don’t adhere to panties very well. Sizing! This is not a universal size. Will fit most people small-large. Anyone bigger than large will not want to buy these. Not pregnant I’m a medium, pregnant I’m a large, so postpartum I’m in between. Tight on my athletic legs.

Good quality
These panties last and can be washed. They stretch and are comfortable. The only draw back is they ride up on your leg because of how short they are. I use them for medical reasons and they are fine. Exactly like the ones issued in the hospital.

Excellent!
I ordered these after using them in the hospital. Different brand of course, but since my surgery, they do not stick or interfere with my stitches. They are easy to put on and off, and stretch in any direction, and come back to your size, Comfortable, breathable, and even washable!! Great!! Thanks!! Recommend!

Too small. Definitely size up if you're having pain from pressure.
Sized up from size chart, was still too small. Don't know if biggest size would fit even. Measuring 36" after endometriosis excision and hysterectomy..Update: After several weeks of healing, these have become more comfortable to wear. More than another brand and the larger regular underwear I bought, so they're currently my go to. The seller offered a full refund after seeing my original one star review, but since I eventually have been able to use them, I don't feel right accepting. I do highly recommend going up in size. The beginning weeks of healing was rough with only the hospital pair feeling comfortable or nothing at all, but now I'm wearing these a bit more comfortably and they're holding up well in the wash. I do wish I got the largest size, but they've been doing the job well enough that I didn't buy a third brand to try. Also, a note on the reviews saying these aren't absorbent. They're not sold as absorbent, nor are they meant to me. They're supposed to be super light and stretchy. You can use it with a pad if need be.

Exactly what they use in the hospital
I got these after having a c-section, hysterectomy, and still having a drain in. This was much more comfortable to wear as I recovered and fit over tubing for a drain.
